Here is an HONEST opinion after a little over 9 months of dealing with the folks at J&JMotors! My first transaction with them was for a swap on the motor in my blue Subaru WRX. I usually do my own swaps, but due to the absolutely amazing pricing they offered and not having enough time to spare, I decided to have them install it. their team went out of their way to take care of me and have me out the door in about 5 days. the JDM motor installed has had absolutely 0 issues since. I got it tuned a little as suggested by their team and boy has that thing become a real MONSTER! Now the mechanic work IS flawless, but I did have to go tighten a few things left loose. that being said I give these guys a SOLID 9/10 for their work ethic and they seem to be very knowledgeable in what they do. My second swap was for my Supra 2JZ gte vvti. This time around I had the engine delivered to me, so I can do the work myself. The pricing for the motor was great and it came through with the transmissions. Delivered in about 10 days from my date of purchase, and the engine reached here in excellent shape.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend J&J motors, to anyone looking to get a motor swapped, work done, or just buying quality JDM’s . These are professional folks and have earned every bit of my respect. This is coming from someone who has done many motor swaps and usually do my own work!

This is my very first with J&Jmotors. Service and customer support before and after the purchase were pretty good. However, the engine took way too long to get over to me in Sydney. About 21 days exactly. Maybe due to the ongoing pandemic, but I expected a much quicker delivery time!
Overall the engine delivered looks quite good. I got it compression tested and everything checks out.

The engine got to me on schedule but the set-up wasn’t a snap as opposed to the fancy “easy installation” wording and marketing lingo. It took about 6 hours to make it work. The bright side was that the motor was really robust and low mileage as expected. These folks are really hard to get over the phone but the email support was state of the art and the product is absolute quality!
